In the winter months the sun rises over the southeastern sea and it paints a path of golden light across the water that welcomes you each day. There are also an abundance of reef fish who inhabit the area so be sure to bring your snorkel gear if you would like to experience the incredible world underneath the water. The outdoor surroundings of this location are absolutely breathtaking and so it is only fitting that the inside of the unit be just as spectacular.
The amenities of this particular unit are above and beyond what a lot of other rental units offer. The apartment boasts a total of 4 queen beds in 2 gigantic bedrooms with ample drawer and closet space in each room. There are 2 full baths, one with a tub and shower combination and the other with a full stand alone shower. The kitchen is very open and overlooks the dining and living areas so you can interact with family members or gaze out at the ocean when preparing meals. While in the kitchen you will be working with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a dishwasher and all the dinner and cookware you will need to prepare anything from light snacks to a 5 course meal. Unless of course you prefer to grill, then you can step out onto one of the two 300+ square foot patios and indulge in barbecuing outside.
Should you choose to take advantage of other island activities away from your private retreat, eco-tourism choices are fairly abundant on the island and there are a number of tour operators who will take you kayaking, boating, bicycling, SCUBA diving, bird watching, swimming in blue holes, fishing or parasailing. Laundry facilities are on-site, shared. Tokens are used to operate machines and are available at a nominal fee. Must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent this unit.
