Positive: The interactions with Stephane, the host, were great. He was very kind to let us extend check-out by two hours. The apartment is lovely, with a beautiful balcony. The bedrooms are lovely, as is the bathtub. Annecy is beautiful, and this is a great base. The apartment is very well appointed.
