The house is conveniently located in a private road between Pocono Organics Café and the Race Track. It is a very quite and peaceful place with free parking up to 4 cars, a back yard deck, and a game room in the basement.
This is a bi-level house. The upper floor has full living area, and the lower floor has the game room.
NO SHOES are allowed in the upper floor and in the lower floor at all times during the stay.
LIVING ROOM: living room had brand new sofa set, coffee table, and a 75 inch LG Smart TV. Main window looks at the driveway.
KITCHEN: it is a full kitchen with all brand new appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher). You can cook during your stay.
MASTER BEDROOM: master bedroom is a spacious room with in-suite full bath and a closet. There is a full queen bedding set with brand new linens.
BEDROOM2: The second bedroom had queen size bed with brand new linens.
BEDROOM3: The third room is designed for kids and teen guests with a bunk bed and a toy storage.
COMMON BATHROOM: There is a full bath in the hallway with a bath tub.
LAUNDRY: laundry is located in upper floor of the house with a washer and dryer.
DECK: There is a deck in backyard of the house, accessible from the kitchen. You can enjoy your morning coffee, and get some fresh air in oxygen rich Pocono Mountains. Backyard has full privacy for our guests.
GAME ROOM: the game room is located in the lower floor of the house, with a ping pong table, a couch, and a coffee table.
SECURITY CAMERAS: For your safety, the entrance and backyard are monitored by security cameras, which are clearly visible from outside. There is NO other cameras or recordings in any part of the house.
Guest will have entire house to themselves except storage and utility rooms, as well as maid cabinets (these cabinets are clearly marked as “NO ACCESS”).
Guests can reach me any time during their stay.
This is a private neighborhood. The house is located on a dead-end road. There is no through traffic on the street. When you enter the street, you will see “NO ENTRY” sign. It just means this is a private road. Never mind this sign, and just proceed to the address.
Right across the house, there is an organic farm, sometimes you can hear rooster/chicken sound. Pocono Organics Café is in 5 min walking across the house. You can get breakfast/lunch, or you can do your all organic shopping.
