Marie's is a very clean beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath vacation home in Subiaco, Ar. Just cross the street and you are at Subiaco Abbey. Marie's house, built in 1941, was completely renovated in 2020 and sits on 3 acres. The kitchen has beautiful new cabinets and new appliances. Luxury vinyl planks cover the floors throughout the house. The dining area includes a large dining table with 6 chairs. Each bedroom has their own private bath with tub and shower. Plus there is a powder room for guests not staying the night. The full laundry is located off the kitchen and has an ironing board and iron. The property has plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. The driveway circles around the back of the house, so there is an entrance and an exit. Visitors can enjoy the surrounding lakes, fishing, hiking and ATV/biking. We are minutes away from Mt. Magazine and 3 unique breweries. The patio in the back offers you a place where you can relax and watch the sun set or watch the cows graze. If you want a perfect get away, Marie's is your home away from home. Come see us.
