Summary: with the 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, it was great for a family gathering. Large kitchen / living room and outside patio. It was fun watching the robot vacuum too. Close by to other family in the neighborhood. Close to the freeway but fairly quiet too (hard to hear freeway over aircond). Had one small issue that was very quickly fixed.
