This multi building Waterfront Estate was once part of the historic East Point Manor. Known Today As "The Stables" Complex... The grounds include the main house, built in 1936, a 56' By 54' open brick cobblestone courtyard, the former tool shop, and a more modern two story waterfront home with an apartment below. Dock your boat along the large 50' X 60' L-shaped dock overlooking Put-in-bay Harbor.
We have 2 Lake Front homes available for seasonal rentals. These homes are adjacent to one another and can be rented together or individually. The listed rates for this property is for rental of one house and the other house can be added for the same rate if available.
