IT HAS A SOFA SLEEPER, ROLL AWAY BED (YOU WILL NEED TO ASK FOR IT) AND QUEEN BED WHICH SLEEEPS 5 ADULTS COMFORTABLY. THERE IS A FULL KITCHEN AND DINING AREA. IT IS FULLY FURNISHED, HAS TV AND SATELLITE, CENTRAL HEAT & AIR, PROPANE FIREPLACE. IT HAS LINENS, BLANKETS, TOWELS, DISHES, PANS, TOASTER, MICROWAVE, & COFFEE POT. IT HAS A FULL SCREENED IN PORCH TO ENJOY THE SOUNDS OF THE FOREST. THERE IS A FIRE PIT TO ROAST MARSHMALLOWS, & A BBQ GRILL. WE ARE ON THE FORCHE TRAIL AND VERY CLOSE TO THE WOLF PEN GAP TRAIL, ODEN LOOP, LITTLE MISSOURI FALLS, ETC. AND THERE IS PLENTY OF SECURED PARKING. THE GATE IS LOCKED AT NIGHT.
