Make yourself at home in this crystal-inspired, modern organic themed home. Gather together in the open great room, dining and kitchen space, with its wood beam, cathedral ceilings, transom windows and thoughtfully appointed luxury decor.
Cozy up on the ten foot long, double chaise Pottery Barn grand sofa to enjoy the flickering flames of the floating LED fireplace and a 75" TV. Partake in a game of chess by the fireside game table, or choose from one of the many others in the nearby game closet. You'll find plenty of room for everyone at the eight foot dining table that offers red rock views of Thunder Mountain. There is interest and intrigue at every turn of this special space.
Enjoy the big backyard with a 700+ sq. ft. wood deck that overlooks the Hydropool spa, an outdoor firepit seating area, and premium grade sports turf with fun game offerings. On the deck is a travertine dining table that comfortably seats eight, as well as a deluxe Napoleon gas grill.
This home is ideal for three couples traveling together (each bedroom offers a king-sized bed), two families traveling with children (two bedrooms have a twin sized bed as well), or a mid-size group retreat (the house sleeps eight, all in comfortable beds with high end mattresses and luxury bedding).

We are avid travelers and when we visit places, we love to experience the place through the lens of a local. We will provide you with all of our favorite recommendations for hiking, restaurants, recommended tours, and more. We also recommend a hand selected private chef, masseuse, yoga teacher, and sound healer that can come to the home and give you a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Kitchen
We are a family of cooks and have worked to equip the Crystal Sky Haus kitchen with every tool and implement needed to cook for everyday meals, birthdays (note the Kitchenaid mixer, and know there are plenty of cupcake, cake and pie pans), and holidays (yes to the turkey pan along with plenty of casserole dishes and storage containers). We keep the home stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, common spices, oil and vinegar.
Dining Room
The eight foot, oval table comfortably seats eight, and the bar seats four. Please be mindful of the candles and crystals provided for table decor.
Master Bedroom and Bathroom
Serene and clean, with true luxury-grade hotel linens and duvets, a Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe king mattress and a 65" 4K QLED smartTV. You'll find luggage racks for two suitcases in the walk-in closet, and a well-equipped bathroom with aromatherapy bath and body products.
A marble-topped desk offers work-from-home space, and also serves as a lovely vanity space. Step through the double french doors to enjoy coffee on a private patio at the small bistro table set amongst the pines and junipers.
Bedrooms 2 and 3
Each bedroom offers luxury-grade hotel linens and duvets, a king-sized deluxe Habitat Furnishings organic latex mattress, 55" 4K QLED smart TV, and a custom-built closet valet for multiple suitcases.
Both bedrooms have their own access to the outdoor wood deck and rear yard. One bedroom features a cozy daybed, and the other bedroom offers a pull-down twin murphy bed, in addition to the king beds.
Outdoor Living Space
Enjoy the 700+ square foot wood deck that overlooks an expansive yard and open space beyond. The private south end, of the two guest rooms, has you perched amongst pinion and juniper trees. The north end features a travertine dining table, eight chairs, and a large Napoleon gas grill to enjoy meals that overlook the yard and red rock views.
Gather around the firepit to enjoy intimate conversation. Roll out a blanket for a picnic in the afternoon shade on the premium grade, soft-touch artificial turf. Gather the group around a game of corn hole, bocce ball, yard toss, putt putt and more.
Cap it all off with a soak in the 12+ foot Hydropool swim spa that features a high flow current to swim against, or relaxing hydrotherapy jets to help you find Nirvana. All waiting for you here, at Crystal Sky Haus.
The Neighborhood:
We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood called "Mission Hills" in upper West Sedona that was established in the '80s. Epic red rock views abound on every street. You're a short walk to Posse Grounds Park and Amphitheater, a fabulous venue with some of the best red rock views in the world. This space features an amphitheater, green space, trails, a playground, skate park, soccer fields, baseball field and community center. Here you'll find weekly events, including outdoor concerts, drum circles, community yoga, meditations, and much more.

Guests will have access to the entire property. Note: garage may be used for bikes and storage, no cars are able to park in the space.
Our family are local residents of Sedona and can be available to help if needed.
Sedona is surrounded by the Coconino National Forest, which is one of the most diverse National Forests in the country and we are blessed with an abundance of wildlife. We often see javelina, deer, coyotes, and the occasional bobcat, scorpion, and tarantula. Please do not approach or feed any animals, and help us keep life wild here!
Sedona is best experienced having the use of a car to get around. However, you can walk and bike to many restaurants, shops, and trails in West Sedona. If you wish to explore Uptown, the Village of Oak Creek, Jerome, Flagstaff, etc. you will need a car. There is an Enterprise car rental location less than a mile away from the house.
Important rules to note before you book:
PARTIES
If you are looking for a party house, we are not the place for you! We LOVE and respect our neighbors. Note that we have noise meters outside the home and that anyone found to be violating local noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to the city-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
SECURITY CAMERA
The property has one secruity camera located by the front door and points to the front walkway. This device records sound and video only when motion is detected.
COMMUNICATION
This listing is managed by a family of four and we are all alerted when you send a message. This way, we can offer the quickest response time to your requests and needs.
HOST ACCESS
We respect and consider your privacy to be one of the most important aspects of your stay here. We have personal belongings in the crawl space underneath the house and on occasion need to access the crawl space. We will provide advance notice prior to access.
SPA
In order to keep the spa in the best shape for our guests, we have biweekly spa water testing and maintenance performed by a professional local spa company. No access to the house is needed. NOTE: If the professional spa company requires draining and refilling of the spa due to misuse of it during the guest's visit, the guest will be responsible for a $150 charge.
Liability waiver for spa:
You understand that swimming and use of Spa/Hot tub/Jacuzzi is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of Spa. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and use of the Spa. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.
• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property.
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities will result in a minimum $500 remediation fee.
• No pets. Any evidence of pets will result in a minimum $500 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties/special events are not allowed
• No firearms allowed on property
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through VRBO and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind
