Positive: Very good value for money. The host had put effort to make ordinary room comfortable.
Negative: There is a door to other part of the house (of which the apartment is extension) which has a matte glass the glows, and gives feeling that someone could come in at anytime. (This door is locked with chain from our side, but still)
