Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very easy access, the keys were in a key box, easily found. The owner messaged the code to us as we were traveling. The apartment was well equipped, all we needed for a fortnight's stay - washing machine, large fridge, good cooker/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and air fryer. Handy for local shops and good walks close by. Property is easy to find with parking outside the door, virtually. Very peaceful location but handy to get into Inverness and surrounding area. A really comfy bed made all the difference - have had some bad experiences elsewhere with very firm mattresses, this was lovely. Large bedroom with wardrobes and a hair dryer provided. If the owner will allow, we would happily stay again, perfect for us!

Negative: It might not have been as easy to get the keys after dark but with a torch on a 'phone it would be ok, we managed perfectly, however, arriving in daylight. To be really picky we would have liked a lamp in the living room as the main light was very bright. If owner is changing the fridge may I suggest replacing it with one with an ice box/freezer section as we couldn't re-freeze ice packs or store frozen food. Also, the shower is connected to taps, tricky to find the right temperature, we managed ok but wouldn't like a child to be scalded if they were left to sort out the shower unsupervised. A couple of hooks in the bathroom would be handy please. These are not 'dislikes' really, just observations and suggestions.

Summary: Perfect location for us. Spacious apartment. Well equipped. Comfy bed.
