Positive: Fantastic apartment in a quiet street, close to the water, water bus stops, restaurants, bars and all of the wonders that Venice has to offer. This flat is so well thought through, little touches that made our stay so simple and comfortable - comfortable big bed, hanging space, air con, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, coffee machine and pot, lots of towels, soap, washing up liquid, fridge/freezer etc etc Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place for 2 in Venice. I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Negative: The entry stairs are steep and may not suit everyone but there is a rail and very good lighting
