Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Accommodation was very comfortable and well laid out for 2 people staying. Enjoyed the proximity to Sidmouth to the west and Branscombe, Beer and Seaton to the East

Negative: Only issue was patchy internet (non-existent on occasions). You may find this a bonus whilst you are on holiday but in our case we had a couple of essential on-line tasks that we needed to do. The owner is new, and is upgrading the internet so this should not be a problem in the future

Summary: Very pleasant and relaxing, would come back again.
