This brand-new, 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury home is conveniently located in beautiful Caldera Springs, adjacent to Sunriver Resort and a short trek to all the natural beauty that Central Oregon has to offer. With high ceilings and designer furnishings throughout, you can relax in comfort and style.
The living room features ample, comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a large smart TV. Large windows allow for tons of light and views of the beautiful landscape.
The chef’s kitchen has gorgeous countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare your favorite meals. You can enjoy your meals at the countertop with seating for five or in the light-filled, adjacent dining room with seating for eight.
With three ensuites, plus three additional bedrooms, there’s room for the whole extended family. On the Main Level you will find a king ensuite with a private bathroom featuring double vanities and a large walk-in shower. The second ensuite has a king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, attached private bath with walk-in shower, double vanities, and a soaking tub. The third bedroom has a king bed, flat screen tv, large walk-in closet and is just next door to the full guest bath with walk-in shower. The extra-large laundry room is also on this level.
Head upstairs to find the third king ensuite with gas fireplace and flat screen TV and workspace, private bath with dual vanities, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and large walk-in closet. This home includes 7 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course.
