Positive: Everything is taken care of. We left the car in a public garrage 200m away, 4 days 6000dinaes (around 60euro). No more than a few minutes on foot to Knex Mihailova shopping and restaurants street.

Negative: There is no elevator, but the terrace is wonderful. So, pick the location for the terrace.
