Summary: This unit was a nicely appointed remodel in an older building. The view was beautiful, looking out over the gardens, pool and Carlsmith Park. It was very clean and comfortable, close to downtown and the airport. Within the building, each floor had one washer and dryer, most all were in disrepair and the pool was closed, no fault to the individual unit. Overall, very casual, quiet and relaxing place with a beautiful screened in balcony, furnished nicely.
