Just off the porch is a large charcoal grill, perfect for afternoon BBQs.
Step through the front porch and into the open-concept first floor, where the living, dining, and newly renovated kitchen areas seamlessly flow together, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen boasts stunning quartz countertops, custom built-in cabinetry, and all-new stainless-steel appliances. A spacious double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, a five-burner electric stove, and a center island with a stainless-steel finish make meal prep a breeze. The kitchen opens directly to the dining area, which comfortably seats six, allowing for easy family gatherings. The living room features a built-in bay window, perfect for curling up with a good book, and is furnished with a three-seat sofa, a love seat, and a cozy club chair.
