We just updated this unit with new furniture, flooring, TV, new kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops, new stove, and updated bath. Come and relax on your own private balcony, looking out onto the beach and the gulf. This 1 bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, dresser, and flat screen TV with cable. Full bath, washer & dryer, and full kitchen with everything you would possibly need- ice maker, microwave, blender, dishwasher, etc. This unit is open from the kitchen and looks out into the main living room and dining area. You have a beach view from the kitchen, living room and the balcony. This unit has WiFi, cable, phone, and 2 TVs with DVD players. The storage unit is filled with beach chairs, umbrella, wave boards, inflatables, and sand toys for your enjoyment. Reserved parking is right in front of the unit with room for two cars.
