Positive: Cleanliness, silence - quite, absolute privacy. Everything was fine. The apartment is absolutely clean, and you get everything in the apartment you need for a 1 week stay. The owner lives above the apartment, but you only meet them if you have any questions or need some assistance. The apartment is small, but the bedroom is quite a big one, air conditioning was a must during the hot days.

Negative: Not easy to approach and to park with bigger car. We had to leave our car in the sorrounding streets, couldn't park at the apartment, but we could always find a parking place. With a normal all smaller car it is not a problem. A bigger couch would be way much better in the living room - for 2 person. (A mobile grill on the terrace would be fantastic - but it would just give some extra, it is not a need)

Summary: Fit for price and purpose, quite and clean with helpful owner.
