Summary: ✅Flawless digital key implementation. Always the best since the pandemic compared to IHG or Marriott. ✅Very spacious rooms with microwave ovens ✅A restaurant that offers breakfast and dinner plus a bar, ✅Great attentive and prompt staff in person, over the phone and via chat. ✅Clean and spacious lobby. ❌The toilet bowl flush of room 402 was making a loud, annoying metal to ceramic grinding sound when flushing so one of my kids commented the bathroom was bad. ❌Valet parking was supposed to be charged to the room but somehow when I requested for our vehicle, it was taking a while until I talked to the valet parking guy and he told me they could not charge my room so I had to pay it in person. The process of requesting our car to getting it took almost 20mins. ❌Weird stinky smell in the elevator.
