Positive: Location is perfect, staff were great, the shared lobby spaces were great (excellent music and volume), bathroom toiletries were a highlight, very nice fan for the room.

Negative: All London hotel rooms are small but this was kind of a joke. The room was SO warm. We were in a corner with no ventilation. Our friends were in another room and had a fan in their room, which prompted us to ask for one. The hotel didn’t volunteer this without our asking - terrible. We were on the 3rd floor and the stairs were very shallow while the elevator was very slow but most troubling was the faulty light that strobed. It was seizure-inducing and despite my raising within 10 min of our arrival (while staff were in the elevator with us), this wasn’t addressed at all. Very awful standard for caring for guests.
