Recently restored, this 150 year old home, located two blocks from the French Quarter boasts natural pine floors, exposed fireplaces, crown and shoe molding and high ceilings. The 5br/4ba layout spans across 2,200 sq ft with a private outdoor space, heated pool, hot tub and covered seating to enjoy year-round. This home is tucked away on a residential street yet accessible to all the city has to offer. Please refer to hand drawn floor plan for accurate depiction of bedroom count and layout.
The Space:
Originally built in 1862, this home features original exposed brick fireplaces and restored pine wood floors throughout. You can experience the whimsical nature of New Orleans with 12-foot ceilings, colorful walls, natural light, local artists’ work, and Victorian antique décor.
● Each Bedroom has a smart TV, Casper mattress, option of feather or memory foam pillows, and plush down comforters for a good night’s sleep
● Reference floor plan for accurate bedroom configuration
● 4 full bathrooms featuring 1 clawfoot tub
● Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet and central air conditioning

Summary: Our group of 7 adults (60+) loved our time here. Enjoyed the pool for cooling off! Walked to restaurants and the FQ and more! It was hot and humid cuz it’s July but the AC worked great! Stay to the area East of the property for the best experience.
