Buses 5 minute walk down Mortonhall Road for bus number 9 and 24. 3 minute walk down Oswald road for bus number 38.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A ยฃ30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to my cleanerโs schedule.

* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, ยฃ100 and Please note that a fee of ยฃ50 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.

* We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there will be there a shop nearby if you need anything additional.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
