Welcome to 208 Margate – we invite you to come experience this elegant and timeless beach condo! The warm and classic décor offers a comfortable retreat after an amazing day exploring all Kingston has to offer! The living room has plenty of seating with a lovely sofa, loveseat, and 2 armchairs, this space also has access to the balcony and a view of the Atlantic Ocean! The dining space with seating for 8 is open to both the living area and the kitchen. The large well-appointed kitchen has tons of space to cook and features all stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge! One direction off the kitchen has a desk area for that work/play balance and the other direction has the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer! The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed, 2 different accesses to the balcony with views of both the ocean and of the park, and a huge ensuite! The massive ensuite has a double vanity, large jetted tub and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is lovely and has a comfy queen sized bed, 3-piece ensuite, and access to the balcony. With both a king sized bed and a queen sized bed, the second guest bedroom has room for the whole family. The guest bathroom is generous in size and has a double vanity and large tub/shower combination. Last but not least is the wonderful balcony with 2 seating areas, one is a table with 4 chairs and the other is a loveseat and armchairs with a coffee table, from one end you have those gorgeous ocean views and the other you have lovely park views!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've made annual trips to Kingston for the past 14 years with the past 2 being through Kingston Plantation Condo Company, part of Kingston Resorts Sales and Service. The team has been exceptional and accommodating. Courtney repeatedly goes above and beyond to answer questions and offer assistance. We have multiple clean freaks in our family and this unit was spotless. 208 Margate easily accommodates our growing family with its 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 3 bathrooms. The unit has plenty of space so we never feel like we're on top of one another. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need for dinning in, and the large table is perfect for games. Margate is ocean front and this unit offers the ability to watch the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Kingston has plenty to offer so we don't feel the need to leave the resort for activities. We are already looking forward to next year!
