Positive: The unit was nicely decorated and clean. Nice thick towels. Great view of the beach and Gulf.

Negative: Beautiful photo of the pool when I saw the listing, but it is closed with work needed since the hurricane in 2024. The king mattress needs to be replaced. It bounces up and down when sat on. Air conditioning/heating unit needs work (water accumulates in a tube and then it won't run. It was fixed once but did it again. We got tired of calling the maintenance man. Washing machine on our floor (6th) was out of order for 2 of our 3-week stay. Pans in kitchen were all filthy so I had to scrub them before use. I bought sponges and dishwashing liquid plus spray cleaner since none were provided. Sliding screen door would not slide. It was replaced. Piles of bird poop on the balcony were not cleaned until I called and they cleaned. No shampoo or body wash. Little round soap provided like in a cheap motel. Construction noise in our building almost daily was VERY annoying. No parking spaces available on the premises for a guest. Shabby old building.

Summary: Nicely decorated unit with great view, but the building needs paint and the pool cleaned and opened.
