Beachside outdoor pool. King bed in master with ensuite bathroom. Two twin beds in second bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped and open to both dining and living room. The condo is away from hustle and bustle yet only a short walk east to the Navarre fishing pier, beach side restaurants, and state marine park with sea turtle conservatory. Walk or bicycle west a few miles to the Gulf Islands National Seashore Park. Bike or drive along beach thru sea oat covered sand dunes to visit restaurants, bars, and shops in Pensacola Beach on other side of national park.
Many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and other services are a convenient short trip across the intercoastal bridge on mainland. Drive east and you will be in Fort Walton Beach and then Destin. Drive west to Gulf Breeze and then historic Pensacola.
Peak season (June, July & August) 7-night rentals Saturday to Saturday. All other days are minimum of 3-night and weekly rentals.
NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Condo only sleeps 6 or less comfortably.
No grilling on balcony. Outdoor grilling area and bicycle racks on site.
Covered and uncovered free parking on site. This condo has its own parking space marked Owners 505. Trailers and pull behinds are prohibited from parking area and will be towed at owner’s expense with no recourse whatsoever.
