We hope you are continuing to remain positive throughout these ever changing realities.
We wanted to express our gratitude for all the incoming reservations and insure you we are taking every precaution to keep you and your family safe during your stay.
We personally clean the cottage and every surface is cleaned thoroughly with disinfectant; all handles and remotes are disinfected. All linens including bedspreads, blankets and beach towels are replaced after each guests stay.
During your stay if you do have any indication that you feel symptomatic we ask that you please inform us so we can take extra precaution to protect ourselves and future arriving guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the increase in the delta variant cases in NJ I am requesting proof of vaccination and if you have not been vaccinated that you have a covid test prior to your stay. THANK YOU
If you want a relaxing place to stay near the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars at the Jersey Shore; but don't want the noise or crowds this is the perfect place for you! We are 11 blocks to the ocean 1.4 miles 6 min drive and 0.6 miles to town 2 min drive walk able. We are also 5 blocks to the river beach which you can access for paddle boarding (need to provide your own paddle board). The cottage has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, full bath with glass enclosed shower and heated tile floors, bedroom has a full adjustable bed and plenty of storage space, the kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and heated tile floor. The living room has a work station, 42" flat screen TV 2 recliners and a single sleep sofa. .
PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is at the back of our property and you will park on the street in front of the house and walk down the driveway to access the cottage; as noted above you have your own private fenced back yard with lounge chairs and a barbecue grill.
