Positive: The hot tub was fabulous.
Negative: We were charged an extra 20 euro for coming an hour late because my phone broke. The bathroom had hairs on the floor and the hot tub was not clean. The bed linen was itchy. There were only 2 towels, we had nothing to dry ourselves after the hot tub because the towels were wet from the shower.
Summary: disappointing for the price we paid.
