Travel Purpose: business
Positive: I like that I was able to upgrade my room to accommodate my guest. With no problem whatsoever. Thank you I really appreciate it.
Negative: That we couldn’t open the window so fresh air would come in even if we had the A.C which was great but when it would get cold we would turn it off but it would get stuffy real fast.
Summary: We appreciate the lady who helped us upgrade our room. We definitely needed to relax and sleep in.
