Well-kept villa with a beautiful pool on 2500 sqm garden with old trees, 500 m from the square from a beautiful typical Provencal village.
The house has a covered terrace, a pergola area with barbecue, a fully equipped covered kitchen in the garden with an additional grill and dining area, its own boules court, a large garden with old trees.
The house and the pool have grown so that the atmosphere remains absolutely intimate. The closest neighbors are imperceptible. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.
In the lower area there is a large living room with a cozy fireplace, a dining room with double doors to the terrace, an open kitchen with pantry, another bedroom, a bathroom and separate. WC.
The pool is laid out with mosaic, has approx. 10 x 4 m and is secured with a fence for children. The sunbathing areas around the pool were newly paved with natural stone in 2015.
