This property complies with all local vacation rental rules and regulations! This privately owned and operated Waikiki Beach Tower condo offers large spaces, ocean views, and all the amenities the hotel has to offer.
The spacious interior offers 2 bedrooms (California King in the master bedroom and 2 Singles in the guest bedroom), 2 full baths, and a large living/dining area. The Living Room has a Queen size sofa bed, with plenty of room for two comfortable rollaway beds - comfortably accommodates 6 guests! The full kitchen is fully stocked, and includes an oven, stove range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
The unit also includes a washer and dryer, so you'll always have clean, fresh clothes and bathing suits! An incredible value in the heart of Waikiki! Amenities in the building include a heated pool, shallow pool, hot tub, cozy cabanas, BBQs, expansive outdoor seating area with fire-pits, and 2 fitness rooms. Covered and secured parking is also included, which is a rare find in Waikiki!

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
Because a previous guest may check out of the condo on the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in is if you reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we do our best to accommodate late check-out requests, but because the next guest may check in on the day of your departure, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day.
GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $7 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Summary: We booked this property primarily due to its location and ocean view and it did not disappoint! Literally steps to the beach and centrally located within walking distance to just about everything Waikiki has to offer! Excellent communication with the owner Dave throughout the booking process. Very responsive to our needs during our stay. Easy check-in and check-out. We would definately book this condo again for any future stays in Waikiki.Pros: Location, location, location! Ocean view with a large patio in which to lounge and enjoy the scenery and breezes. Washer and Dryer. Beds were comfortable. Beach towels, boogie boards and cooler for use. Parking on site included.Suggestions for improvement: Upon checking in we kicked off our shoes and got ourselves organized and within an hour our feet were filthy. One of the kids spilled some water on the floor and upon wiping it up the paper towel was extremely dirty. The living room rug had obviously had it share of spills, and stains as did the sofa.
