Positive: The location was excellent, right on the beach with lovely views and amazing sunrises. We loved the spacious seating area and kitchen. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to Aldeburgh and Thorpeness made it very special.

Summary: Excellent accommodation for a large group.
