Positive: The location is fabulous. Excellent views from our room & easy access to pretty much anywhere you would want to go. The wonderful concierge staff helped us navigate our day trips with ease & gave us discounts too. Leo on the front desk was very professional, friendly & helpful as were all the Bell Boys. We had to stow our luggage for several hours prior to our flight home & then I needed to squeeze extra purchases into our suitcases before going to the airport. I wish I could remember his name but one of the gentleman moved all of our suitcases (4 large) to a more private area, lifted them up onto a bench for me to rearrange the packing so I could fit all of my last gift purchases in. In fact all the staff we encountered were lovely.

Negative: Nothing really. If I am ultra picky the $7 delivery fee on room service.
