Positive: Convenient, Clean!
Negative: Room was Not Sound proof. Second day there, there was a party going on with loud music. It sounded like the stereo was blasting behind the wall. Which was the owners playing. Then on top of that there was another renter on the 2nd floor with 3 small children thumping through our ceiling to 10 pm and again at 7 am on the morning.
