Positive: Great location and the Brendon Arms a few doors up is a nice pub. Kitchen had everything we needed, and providing toiletries in the bathrooms is a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: All the mattresses are uncomfortable with springs, especially the single beds. The en suite bathroom and downstairs toilet didn't lock. There is only enough seating for 5 in the living room, so one of us ended up on a camping chair!

Summary: Great location and kitchen, the beds and sofas let it down
