This renovated first floor corner walkout is in a prime location, being one of the closest and most convenient units to the beautiful pool area. The lake club membership included with your stay during the season! Enjoy the lake and pool view from the comfortable back lanai that is equipped with a new bbq. Inside you can make coffee with the new ninja coffee system, and listen to the news or music on our retro radio speaker. The Living space has a pull out queen sleeper sofa opposite the stone fireplace and new big screen tv, with plenty of board games stocked in the bookcase. This condo can appeal to a family with young children, as well as a getaway for adults. Come for Nascar week!
