Positive: The location was great. The amenities and beds were amazing.
Negative: When we first arrived, there were alot of outlets and lights that did not work. I contacted the host, and the reply was quick. The unfortunate part is that the host wanted maintenance to come to the house the next two days to try and get the issue fixed. It wasn't a problem the first day as my family and I were gone until the late evening. The second day was more of an issue as the problem was not fixed. Half of my family had activities that they wanted to do and the other half did not want to do much and wanted to stay at the house, but they could not due to the maintenance worker being there. We had to ask the host permission if we could go to the house and use the bathroom. This was a bit frustrating because the first day, I let the host know about these problems, but I stated that it wasn't a big issue as we were mainly using the house as a place to rest, use the bathroom and shower. The maintenance issues could've been taken care of after we were done with our stay instead of during.
