With room for up to 12 guests, multiple living areas and 4 en-suites, thereโs plenty of space for everyone. Just a 15-min walk or 3-min drive from the beach, you can dip into the seaside fun then return for evening BBQs, pool dip, games or a night around the piano
Our home can accommodate up to 12 guests - 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms (4 are en-suites), main living room, snug, conservatory dining room with sofa and a piano, spacious kitchen and a large outdoor space with an infinity spa swimming pool.
This property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the high street and the seafront but within a 3 min drive from the main Broadstairs beaches and round the corner from the station.
The space - our home is spread over three floors:
GROUND FLOOR
Living room
- Large living room with two sofas, Smart TV and a sound system
- Log burner fireplace is NOT available to be used
Snug
- Snug with a comfortable L- shaped sofa and a Smart TV
Conservatory*
- Conservatory with an additional sofa, dining table seating for 10 guests with additional seating for extra 2 if needed, mini ping pong table, piano, board games, children's magazines, books and toys
Garden*
- Double doors opening out to the garden space with a swimming pool and plenty of seating areas as well as sun loungers, BBQ, trampoline and football goals. Large retractable electric awning plus 2 umbrellas
We have opted for no dining space outside due to the conservatory and the occasional sneaky food stealing seagulls!
Kitchen
- Kitchen is well equipped with various pots, pans and utensils. Gas hob, triple electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge (freezer is located in the laundry) and bean to cup coffee machine. Filtered hot and cold Quooker water tap and InSinkErator

- Equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and freezer

- Cosy bedroom, sleeps 2 with a walk in wardrobe with a clothes rail, storage cubes and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the main room is a Smart TV, large chest of drawers and a beautiful dressing table

- Spacious bright bedroom, sleeps 2 with large built in wardrobe with a clothes rail, storage cubes and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the main room is a dedicated workspace with a large adjustable desk

- Perfect bedroom for teenagers or young adults, sleeps 2 with large built in wardrobes with clothes rail, storage space with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In the main room you can find shelving and a dressing table
Bedroom 5
- Bright and beautiful childrenโs room sleeps 2-4 children in bunk bed (small double size mattress on top and bottom bunks). Lots of books and some toys to enjoy. Clothes rail and shelving available in a large built in wardrobe

- With bath, shower, sink and toilet
SECOND FLOOR/ LOFT
Master bedroom**
- Stunning open plan space with a private hallway and a large luxurious en-suite. Main room comprises of a super-king sized bed, sleeps 2 with the option of converting chairs into two single sofa beds (sleeps additional 2). En-suite bathroom has a huge bath, walk in shower, his and hers sinks and a stunning dressing table
