Negative: Don't expect any service if something goes wrong. We had no cooking facilities for 24 hours. Despite reporting this promptly it could not be sorted during the day, which left us 2 nights unable to cook dinner. The manager at the reception seemed more concerned to get home then offer a solution to our problem. We were left to sort ourselves.
