This former model home in the gated Desert Creek at Las Sendas community awaits to spoil guests with its bright modern design and just the right amount of at home feel. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home boasts over 2,500 square feet of living space. The open floor plan on the main level is brightened and enlarged with a wall of glass sliding door that opens up to an inviting patio space with a gas grill and plenty of seating for relaxing or a delicious BBQ. Power blinds can be lowered remotely for privacy, or to filter out some daylight. If you choose to cook indoors, the large gourmet kitchen with premium KitchenAid appliances and necessary utensils will enlighten your cooking experience.
When itโ€™s time for a nap or to turn in for the day, there are 3 beds to choose from. The main floor master bedroom is spacious with a king bed, walk-in closet and beautiful tile walk-in shower. Upstairs, youโ€™ll find two bedrooms with a queen bed and a bonus living room with TV and comfortable seating. If children are guests or visitors, there is a small โ€œkid sizeโ€ play room next to the bonus living area, and an outdoor playground about a 30 second walk from the front door.
This home has parking for up to 4 cars in the 2 car garage and driveway. The community pool is just steps away from the front door, so swimming or soaking up some sun is always convenient. Just behind the pool is a beautiful park area, with a ramada, grills and picnic tables.
