Negative: Sagar could have been more professional with my booking. I booked a room with a king bed in January. When I arrived it was confirmed that I booked a king bed. When I arrived at the room, the door handle was broken and the room was a two-queen bed room. I asked Sagar if I could be moved to another room with a working door handle and a king bed as that is what I booked and paid for. Sagar told me that all king bed rooms were booked out for the remainder of the weekend. I asked for a compensation refund as I booked a king room and not a two-queen bed room. He stated that I could speak to the manager however she supposedly was only there on weekdays and my stay was during the weekend. I was then told by Sagar that somebody changed my reservation. I assured him that nobody had changed the reservation as I was the sole person who booked the room and had not made any changes since originally booking. When I asked Sagar why there wasnโ€™t a king bed available, he stated that they were reserved for guests who booked well in advance. I then proceeded to show Sagar my reservation that showed I booked a king room back in January and the date was now May 31st at the time of check-in. Sagar once again changed his story and stated that a king room would be available at 3:00pm and that another staff member would be present at that time to check me in. Iโ€™m not sure why Sagar had to change his story about the room multiple times (ex: stating that somebody changed my reservation, stating that there were no more available kings for the weekend, stating that other guests booked their rooms well in advanced) and be so dishonest when it wouldโ€™ve been more professional to tell me that the room I booked was not ready yet.
Summary: Besides the check-in issues with Sagar, my stay was okay.
