Positive: Fantastic location.Center York and although tight there was parking for one car.It was beautifully furnished. Luxury bedding and towels. Lovely downstairs dinning room/ TV room with cocktail bar. Kitchen well appointed.Any questions were answered immediately. Even supplied new fans as we were there on exceptional hot weekend

Negative: The very top bedroom gets very hot as the shash window doesn't stay open, we had to carefully put something to keep it open. This was the room that needed a fan, but probably only a problem in very hot weather and the house now has two fans. We had a problem with a shower on the second floor but as soon as let the agent know they were sending in firm to correct.As there were two other showers we told them to repair after we left There are a lot of floors with supbere bedrooms but that also means a lot of stairs .
