Positive: The hotel feels new. Comfortable bed and pillow. There's a nearby jogging track surrounding a small lake. Plenty of nice eating places which can be walking distance or the drive doesn't take any more than 3 minutes to get there.
Negative: Parking is very limited (4 parking bays reserved by the hotel). Elsewhere, they are mostly reserved by other businesses.
Summary: It's very good value for money.
