Positive: The location is absolutely spectacular - direct views of the Giza Pyramids from the balcony are breathtaking and unforgettable. Staff were helpful and communicated well in English. Breakfast portions were generous.

Negative: Payment policy (5% credit card surcharge is unreasonable for Booking listings). Room space is extremely limited with no seating area. Bathroom vanity too small with insufficient power outlets. Bed linens are heavily pilled and need replacement. Breakfast hygiene could be better (flies and dust observed), and menu variety is lacking.

Summary: Stunning pyramid views but let down by cramped rooms, uncomfortable bedding, and questionable hygiene standards.
