Positive: The owner is really nice. The apartment and garden are beautiful and well taken care of. The apartment is clean. The bed is comfortable.

Negative: The soundproofing is really poor. Unfortunately we could not sleep until after 2 am both nights we stayed. People talking in the garden or in the basement apartment sound like they are inside and one night people next door were having a party.
