Welcome to Island Life Suite at 307 Lazy Way, a second level two-bedroom, one-bath unit. Its location is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm, and yet away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Beach access is just a hop across Estero Boulevard at Sterling Avenue to a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay are just a few blocks away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi and private laundry area.

Upon arrival there is off-street parking. Entry is up the stairs to an open deck that is furnished with a patio table and chairs, a lounge chair and a shaded area with a gas grill. Enter through the front door into the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. There is wood flooring throughout, except for tile in the laundry and bathroom area. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and hard surface counter space with recessed lighting. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, a built-in above-range microwave oven and a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. All the necessary items are available to prepare full course meals, or just toast and coffee in the morning. There is a peninsular bar with two bar stools on the dining area side. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four, which then flows into the living area which has futon sleeper-sofa, end table and lamp, floor lamp, side chair with ottoman and cocktail table and lamp, as well as a leather sofa with two cocktail tables. Opposite the sleeper-sofa is a credenza with large flat screen TV.

The primary bedroom is accessed through French doors and is furnished with a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a five-drawer chest and a walk-in closet with built-in drawers and shelves. From here a door provides access to the stacked washer and dryer and bathroom, which has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower. This bathroom and laundry area also opens into the kitchen. The guest bedroom is also accessed through French doors and is furnished with a day/trundle bed which makes two single beds, night stands and lamp and a walk-in closet with custom shelving and drawers.
