Positive: We loved the fact that they recognised it was our anniversary and we had a lovely room with swans and petals. The bar lounge was comfy and cosy. Really appreciated the extra effort. TV remote needed new batteries but was fixed very quickly. Reception staff were great!

Negative: The porters/door/bar staff weren't particularly welcoming, we seemed like a bit of inconvenience for them.
