Great location in the Outer Banks--mile post 3.5. A very short walk and easy access to the beach. There are two family rooms, one on each of the main floors and a recreation room with a pool table on the bottom floor. The kitchen has seating for 10 and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Each bedroom and family room has a smart TV and DVD player along with Roku and cable. Outdoors has picnic table off Dining Room and bottom level has small charcoal grill, foot wash, and outdoor shower. Also, the house has extensive brand new decking (and a hot tub) with fantastic views of the ocean.

Summary: This house was nice for a family beach vacation. A short walk to the beach. Be sure to watch out for the sticky burrs in the yard. If you bring pets, be sure to check their paws for burrs. The new deck on the back is nice. The outside shower, water hose, and foot rinse area was a plus! We had plenty of room for 9 people and 2 dogs. Plenty of room for parking and some covered parking. Had a nice time.
