Summary: Overall, a decent option. Clearly this was a lipstick renovation on a previously family-occupied home. The location is convenient to Summersville Lake and the New River Gorge. That is probably the only reason one would be booking in this area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The home itself is tastefully decorated, but the renovation was clearly done poorly. Poorly installed, low-quality laminate flooring throughout. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms so low they pose a significant danger to your head. Kitchen utensils are basic in quality, but it has everything we needed. Should have provided more towels for the number of beds and length of stay. I won't book here again, but it served a purpose. There are certainly nicer places to stay.
