Facing the Gulf of Mexico, you could not pick a better condo for your vacation. Enjoy onsite amenities including a sparkling heated pool, hot tub and splash pad. You will enjoy the Gulf breezes and fantastic views from your private balcony after a day of sun and fun.
Decorated in a crisp, clean coastal fashion, the interior is tastefully appointed with modern design and decor with plenty of room for the family. The condo features 10-foot ceilings, and modern furnishings! Everyone can relax on the living room sofas and stream new shows on the smart TV. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances make home-cooking a breeze in your fully stocked kitchen. Leave the cleanup for the dishwasher and fully equipped washer and dryer for your everyday needs.
The Master bedroom features a King size bed, with your 2nd Guest bedroom appointed with a queen and an additional Guest bedroom having a twin over twin bunk bed for the kiddos! This makes the family experience an all-around pleasure! Stroll across 'Old 98' to the beach via one of the two deeded beach accesses. Alerio is within walking distance to everything, including grocery shopping, gift shops, beach restaurants, as well as one of the largest Premium Outlets, The Silver Sands Outlets. This complex is fenced and gated, with a heated pool, hot tub, splash pad & outdoor grilling area.
Please note: There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit. These are complex management rules, no exceptions. There is close-by, off-site parking available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 miles) for a fee. Guests will need to contact the Geronimo RV Park for their availability and pricing, and this would be best done in advance.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and it is strictly enforced. A Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.
We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo / conditioner (starter pack size). The kitchen will have one roll of paper towel, dish towel, one trash bag, dish washing liquid, and dish washing detergent. The property is also supplied with starter pack of coffee, and sweetener. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.
