Villa Kerhuel (the house above) is completely renovated, located 350 m from the sea, it offers a direct view of the bay of Morlaix, Louët island and the castle of Taurus. You will have FOUR ROOMS:
- two bedrooms with their own bathroom + WC with a double bed 160 x 200 and a direct view of the sea.
-A cozy duplex room under roof, with a double bed 160 x 200 and two large Velux overlooking the countryside and the sea
- A fourth bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 (that can be combined).
On the ground floor you will find a spacious bathroom, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge-dining room with its wood stove and sea view (wood available free).
In the garden, in a wooden chalet for a well-being area including a large JACUZZI with 5 places where the water is at 36 ° C, a HAMMAM (steam heat at 45 ° C), a walk-in shower, and a toilet.
